Celia Eliza Tillotson was born 28 May 1858 in Elsie, Duplain Twp, Clinton Co, MI, and died 9 Feb 1933 in Mondovi, Buffalo Co, WI. She was buried in Gilmanton Cemetery, Gilmanton, Buffalo Cty, WI. She was the daughter of Franklin James Tillotson and Jane Anne Sexton. 

She married Alexander Broadfoot, MD 1885 in Enterprise, KA, son of Alexander "Sandy" Broadfoot and Marion McMillan. He was born 9 Nov 1854 in Tuckersmith Twp, Huron Co, Ontario, Canada, and died 14 Feb 1904 in Gilmanton, Buffalo Co, WI. He was buried in Gilmanton Cemetery, Gilmanton, Buffalo Cty, WI.
