St John's Methodist Church, St. Louis, Missouri
Reverse reads: St. John's Methodist Church in St. Louis was
organized in 1868. The present stately edifice built of Bedford limestone
and reflecting the earl Renaissance style of architecture, was erected in 1902.
In 1927, the Singleton Memorial Chapel with its beautiful Gothic interior was
added. St. John's is one of the outstanding churches of St. Louis.
