1869 in WV.
Frances Ball born Jan. 15, 1903 at Irish Creek, Lawrence County, KY; died
June 16, 1978 in Mingo County, WV; buried at Elk Creek, Delbarton, Mingo County,
WV; the daughter of Lewis Edward Ball and Elizabeth Young.
Ira Lewis Workman and Frances Ball were married September 10, 1918 at Chauncy,
WV. They were the parents of:
- Douglas "Doug" Workman born June 6, 1919 died Dec. 1984
- Samuel "Sam" Workman born Nov. 11, 1921 died Sept. 26, 1979
- Luther Workman born Feb. 22, 1924 died Dec. 1982 in Vinton, OH
- Lora Workman Jewell born May 25, 1930 died July 23, 2003
- and four living chldren.
