George Andrew Valentine born May 21, 1853. Died December, 23, 1937. George
was married to Alice L. Welch, born May 8, 1862, died January 17, 1933. George
and Alice (they were 1st cousins, once removed) had seven children: Sidney,
Jane, Vira, Bura, Amanda, Bura and Eugenia.
George is the son of Allen Valentine, born May 27, 1808, died March 3, 1901 and
Cynthia Evaline Welch, born December 20, 1814, died September 15, 1884.
George Andrew Valentine is the submitters 1st great grandfather. She descend's
through Sidney Armstead Valentine, born September 2, 1879, died November 27,
1947. Sidney was married to Theresa Aubertha Quimby, born April 6, 1884, died
November 13, 1936. Sidney and Aubertha "Bertha" had 3 children: Thelma Theresa,
Noel Allen, and Lyman (Jack) Arnold.
