The photo is from family collection and is probably related to the Coleman
family of Geneseo, Livingston, NY and the Hurlburt family of Danbury, Fairfield,
CT. The picture was taken after 1876 according to the Photographers list. The
1880 census has a probable relation in Erie, Erie, PA of Walthes (Walter?) and
Julia Smith and her brother Eugene Coleman. Julia, and Eugene are probably the
siblings of Nettie (Nora) Coleman Hurlburt of Danbury. Children of Michal and
Honora/Leonora Coleman of Geneseo.
