Christian Russell lived in Greenfield Township, Bedford County Penn. in
1828/1830. Many Bedford County Penn. people moved to Richland County Ohio.

Alexander Russell followed the railroad building across the midwest; settling in
Jefferson, Greene County Iowa on a small farm. Later moved to Spirit Lake in NW
Iowa.
