A very dramatic looking photo I think. A note on these photographs. I copied each one from an album that Gibby had at his cabin in the Minnesota north woods. I used a Nikon 35 mm camera with a close up 55 micro nikkor lens to capture these images into slides and then had photos made from the slides. It worked nicely. I heard that when Gibby died his wife at the time threw out all his motorcycle memorabalia so these photos are all that is left. I value them highly.
This picture was taken at the Grosse Ile, Michigan home. We moved here after Wickliffe, Ohio. Mom and I took this car and traveled cross country to visit my Aunt Dorothy who lived on a house boat in Seattle Sound, Washington.
