Franklin C. Brobst

Franklin C. Brobst was born 4 Oct 1847 in Rehrersburg, Tulpehocken Township, Berks County, PA, and died 7 Jun 1905 in Reading, Berks Co, PA. He was the son of Heinrich "Henry" Brobst and Catherine Ann "Kate" Albright. He married Alice B. Dengler Jun 1878 in PA, daughter of Charles William Dengler and Mary Ann Kutz.  She was born Jul 1858.

He served with the Army of the Potomac in the Civil War, as a member of the 202nd Regiment of Penna Volunteer Infantry. Frank served a 2-year term as High Sheriff of Berks County, PA, in 1899.
