Mary Ann Philbrook was the daughter of Cyrus
Philbrook and Ann C. Martin.
Swain O. Williams born abt 1816, New Jersey,
occupation, farmer, married first to Phoebe Peffers,
born about 1812, Ohio, She was the daughter of David
Elijah Peffers and Mary "Polly" Williams. Phoebe died abt 1851.
Swain married again in abt 1852 to Mary Ann Philbrook,
daughter of Cyrus and Ann C. Martin Philbrook, born
May 1825, Ohio. She died of senile dementia at the age of 81 on 22 Sept
1906 in Elwood Madison Co. IN., at the home of her son Christopher. She was
buried in lot 60, Crown Point Cemetery, Kokomo, Howard Co., IN.
Swain O. Williams died Nov 7, 1884, from stomach
cancer. He was living in Center Twp, Howard Co., IN at time of death, probably
at the home of one of his daughters. He was buried on Nov 8, 1884 in lot
60, Crown Point Cemetery, Kokomo, Howard Co., IN.
