Oscar N. Barr, son of John H.C. Barr and Valerie Vienna Lowmiller Barr. Born
December 28. 1882. Oscar although born in Steubenville, moved to Mingo Junction
and became a barber for thirty five years. He lived at 104 South Third Street,
in Mingo, with his wife Clara and two daughters Mary and Mabel.
