Brinker's Old Homestead - Home of Johannes Many, Sr.

Labeled "Brinker’s Old Homestead," however, it is technically the old Johannes Many, Sr. [John Mohney, Sr.] home that he built in 1824. in then Redbank Twp., Armstrong County, but in 1839, it became Redbank Twp., Clarion Co., PA. 

His daughter, Sara Anna Mohney and her husband, Jacob Brinker bought the farm when the Heirs put it up for sale for $3,555.00, he being the highest bidder. Sara was born 29 Aug. 1818, died after 22 June 1891, and Jacob Brinker, II, b. 1817 d. 22 June 1891.
