DAUBENSPECK-At his home in North Washington, February 10, 1907, Christian
Daubenspeck, age 75 years.
During the Civil War Mr. Daubenspeck was a member of Co. G. 184th Reg., and made
good record. His wife died some twenty years ago, and he is survived by his
daughter, Kate, at home and Mrs John McCracken of Washington township.
Mr. Daubenspeck was a brother of Philip Daubenspeck of Butler, and it was while
returning from a visit to him, several years ago, that their sleigh was struck
by a Bessie train at Karns Crossing, and Mrs Daubenspeck was killed and himself
injured.
