Edward J. and Estella Robb Sedgwick, in what is
probably their wedding photo. They were married on Dec 25, 1906.
The first few years of their marriage was spent in New Bethlehem where Edward
J. was employed by the Andrews Lumber Co.
They became the parents of Helen, Edward L., Viola,
Ernest, Hazel, and Phyllis. Helen, who
married Russell F. Harriger on June 20, 1928, was
the mother of the submitter.
In the late 1930s, he started his own business in Sligo, PA, Sedgwick Lumber
Yard, which he operated with his sons, Edward L. and
Ernest. The business ceased operations in the late 60s.
