Emanuel Over, born Aug 14, 1821 Callensburg, Clarion Co., PA, died May 31, 1903, Callensburg, Clarion, PA.  He was the son of Christian Over and Mary Nancy Whitmore.

Abt 1850, he married Mary Ann Barbara Kifer, born Feb 6, 1830, Piney Twp., Clarion Co., PA., died Apr 9, 1894, Callensburg, Clarion Co., PA.   She daughter of David Kifer and Susanna E. Walthour.
