Eugene and Anna Viola Kiffer Berlin with two unknown women

Eugene Emanuel Berlin and his wife, Anna
Viola Kiffer. The
old woman in between is unknown, as is the younger woman to the far left.
Eugene Emanuel Berlin was born 31 Jan 1859 in
Whig Hill, a son of Jacob and Caroline Phelps Berlin. He
was married to Anna Viola Kiffer on 10 Sept 1886.
She was the daughter of Seldon T. May Kiffer and Elizabeth
Gloria "Sally" Littlefield. Seldon's parents were Frederick
and Eliza Ann Appleton Kiffer. Anna was born 30 Aug 1866 in Hickory
Township, Forest
County.
Eugene died 21 Jan 1940. Anna
died 24 Mar 1949. They lived
their entire lives in Whig Hill.
Eugene and Anna became the parents of the following children:

Earl Edward "Jum" Berlin, born 31
Jan 1888, died 2 Aug 1931. He was killed in a hunting accident by his
brother-in-law, Wade Salsgiver. On 20 May 1920, he married
Florence
Salsgiver, daughter of George and Mary Nick Salsgiver. Florence was born abt
1901 in Tylersburg, Clarion County, and died in 1962. After the death of
Earl, Florence married Frank Campasino.

Elmer Irwin Berlin, born 29 Dec 1889, died 26
May 1969. He was married 24 July 1911 to Bertha Mae Rudolph, daughter of
Edwin and Candace Matha Rudolph. She was born 16 May 1894, and died 25 Mar
1992.

Rollie Seldon Berlin, born 30 May 1896, died
17 Apr 1992. He married on 14 May 1921 Alda Elmira Gould,
daughter of John
and Frances Beer Gould. She was born 3 Aug 1902, and died 21 Dec 1994.

Anna Eugenea Berlin, born 7 June 1904, died
19 Feb 1987. She married Carl Kenneth McKay, son of
Herman and Minnie May
Graham McKay. He was born 31 Aug 1909, and died 1 Aug 1977.
Eugene and Anna Kiffer Berlin are buried in Whig
Hill cemetery.
