Park Hotel and Franklin News-Herald Bldg
Submitted by Sherry Givens Ohern, granddaughter of Howard and Leona Fulkerson Shoup
Park Hotel, tall building in back, and Franklin News-Herald building, shorter building in front.
Both buildings are no longer there. The Park Hotel burned down in early 1940s and the newspaper building was torn down some years later.
Thanks to Lyril Banister for identifying the buildings. She used to watch in the street-level windows at them printing the paper when she was a young girl.
