George Elmer and Flora Kouf Shatto and a group of people Submitted by Norm Landis, great grandson of Elmer and Flora Kouf Shatto George Elmer Shatto is in the front row, third person. He's is kneeling and has a big mustache and black hat. Flora is standing to the left of him (she would be the second person in the row). Standing next to Flora is probably her mother Pricilla (first person in the row). George Elmer and Flora Kouf Shatto, lived in Wilcox, Pa. He was born 1864 and died 1942 and Flora born 1868 and died 1938. George was a machinist for the railroad and also a blacksmith. He also ran a CC camp for the government.
