Harry Martin Surrena Submitted by Jennifer McGuire Harry Martin Surrena, son of Cyrus J. and Barbara Jane Hovis Surrena, was born December 17, 1886 in Clintonville, Venango County, PA, and died November 29, 1961 in Marion Township, Butler County. He married Wilda Belle Mortland (1888-1970), daughter of Newton and Margaret Mortland, January 13, 1903 in Butler County. Together, they had ten children: Mae Belle, Myrtle Edna, Marie Jane, Martin Newton, Bert Jefferson, Daniel Edward, Earl Frances, Claude Eugene, Paul Richard, and Merle Otto. This photo was taken around the time he was married to Wilda Belle in 1903.
