John Coulter

John Coulter was born 26 Jun 1784, in Northumberland county, PA, and died 5 Dec 1867.  He was a minister for the Presbyterian Church and pastored at churches in West Sunbury, Muddy Creek, Butler and at the Scrubgrass Presbyterian Church.
