Raymond, Harold, and Rose Kaylor

Twins Raymond and Harold Kaylor with their sister Rose Kaylor (1860-1935), a nurse in Pittsburgh at Mercy Hospital.

Harold and Raymond Kaylor, both both 16 Apr 1867 in Cambria County.  Raymond died in 1934 at his home in Youngstown, OH.  Harold died in 1912 in New York City.

Raymond Kaylor was the proprietor and editor of the Hastings Tribune and editor of the Cambria Tribune, an eight-page, five column paper, published weekly in the interests of the Democratic Party, and making a specialty of local and county news. He was appointed postmaster of Hastings by President Cleveland in 1893.  

 

Raymond established the Johnstown Journal with his twin brother Harold and was an editor with the Altoona Gazette, and was the Director of Publicity for Youngstown Sheet and Tube Co.
