How much time Regina spent in Western PA is not certain,
but her son Clare Paul Hilliard was married in
Pittsburgh on August 20, 1913. She was the daughter of Thomas
J. Armstrong and Jane Ann Welch Von Roth.
She is listed in the book Who Was Who in American
History, 1944-1945…Vol. 23 and also in Who’s Who in Americana Vol.
20, 1938-1939, page 194. Her family is mentioned in the book Pioneer
Period and Pioneer People of Fairfield Co. OH published in 1901.
