Rev. Jesse Wesly Huffman

He was the son of Andrew J. Huffman and Sarah Jane Kennedy Huffman. On Aug.27,1905 he was united in marriage to Miss Nettie Hinebaugh. Rev. Huffman was pastor of Farlton Christian Church for ten years. He was compelled to leave the ministry on account of his health. Mr. Huffman had been a minister of the gospel since he was 16 years of age.
He was a member of the Odd Fellows,
Macabeus and P.O.S. of A and was widely known and esteemed by a large circle of
friends. Funeral Services were held in the Earlston Christian Church. Rev. Bassett
officiated, assisted by four other ministers of Everett and Rev. W.C. Welsh pastor of the
C.B. Church of Bellwood. Interment was made in the Everett Cemetery.
