Ella Rosa born in 1884 in East Finley Twp, child of Lewis
England and Anna Smith McCombs. Jesse L. Ryan born 1885, East Finley
Twp., is the son of Robert Dennis and Hannah Plants Ryan.
Jesse and Ella Rosa Ryan farmed a few miles from the Pleasant Grove
Baptist Church, until the early 1960s.
Photographs could be of members of the McCombs family of
Washington County, PA, mainly, of the following areas: Claysville, Pleasant
Grove, Prosperity, West Finley, Donegal Twp and the city of Washington, PA, all
in Washington County. Or it could be a family member Pittsburgh or Greene
County, PA, or from Dallas, WV.
