Col. J. Ford Dorrance, attorney at law at Meadville, PA, was born in Kingston, PA, April 19, 1852, the a son of Charles and Susan Ford Dorrance.  Charles Dorrance was President of Wyoming National Bank of Wilkes Barre, Pa.
