David Morris Shontz, born May 7, 1841, died Sept 8, 1924, the son of Samuel Reed Shontz and Maria Myler Shontz.

Mary Elizabeth Allen Shontz, born Apr 27, 1843, died Apr 29, 1930, daughter of Tom Allen and Catherine Quigley Allen.

They were married Sept 7, 1869 and were lifelong residents of Sadsbury Twp, Crawford Co, PA.
