The Rudlers lived in Beaver Township, Crawford Co., PA
This information comes from The Times, August, 1940:
Two groups of four generations are in the Rudler family, which held it reunion in North Girard recently. Three generations in each family are
readers of The Times. Both Harry and Charles Rudler have been Times
readers nearly all of the half century of existence of The Times. The groups above are:
Top, left to right, seated, George Baker, lover of Times comics,
Mrs. Harry Rudler and Harry Rudler; standing,
Mrs. Lawrence Baker, third generation, and Mrs. Raymond Kidder,
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Rudler. Below, are: left to right,
Charles Rudler, Mrs. James McArthur, Conneautville, R. D.,
Mrs. Lee Johnson,
Springboro, and Wilma Johnson. Max Headley,
Pierpont, is president of the reunion and
Mrs. Florence Burnham, Kingsville, is secretary. Harry Rudler is one of
the widely-known auctioneers of the tri-state area.
The family held reunions from about 1929 (the first) through 1979 (the 50th).
Some of the family members in the Crawford Co. area still meet even today.
