Mary Faller, age 9 yrs., is listed in the 1850 Census as the daughter of Anthony and Catherine Faller. Also listed are her brothers, John, age 13 yrs.; Anthony, age 11 yrs.; and Augustus, age 3 yrs.; sisters, Phiomenia, age 18 yrs.; and Emily, age 6 yrs. Her place of birth is listed as Pennsylvania.

In Pittsburg, Nov. 21, 1887, Mrs. Mary Convery, wife of Mr. James Convery, formerly of Butler, in the 47th year of her age. Mrs. Convery's maiden name was Faller, the last of three sisters, all of whom removed to Pittsburg from here and all of whom died there and their remains being brought back here for burial.

Died 5 days after her daughter, Lydia Amelia Convery, died at the same hospital.

When Mary A. Faller died, all of her children were "farmed out" to other people and the father, James Convery, disappeared for awhile.

Buried at old St. Mary's cemetery, Butler, Butler, PA.
