Carl Lawrence Leathers Submitted by Ethel L. Winterhalter, daughter Carl Lawrence Leathers was born 7 Feb 1896 to Charles Lawrence Leathers and Louise Virginia Kroesen Leathers. A lifelong resident of New Castle, he married Betsy Ann Hunt in 1914. They were the parents of Ethel Louise and Lawrence Carl "Bud" Leathers. The family lived at 120 North Ray Street, New Castle, Lawrence County, PA. He remarried in 1924 to Ann Holsobus. Carl Lawrence Leathers was a veteran of World War I. and died on 10 Oct 1959.
