The photo includes two members of the Dout family of New Castle. Jess Dout, top row, standing to right of girl framed in doorway. Bob Dout, his brother, second row, second from left, to right of post, with his face in a squint.

Jess and Bob were the sons of Mary Law Dout and John Dout, and brothers to Emma Dout who married William McKinney.
