James Deuruelle
Barr
James Deuruelle Barr
was the Professor of Greek at Westminster
College.
He graduated from Westminster College in
1888. He served as principal at Argyle Academy, NY, 1888-1890;
assistant at Westminster, 1890-1891; Pastor of the First United Presbyterian
Church in New Wilmington, 1894-1902; Pastor of the Bloomington, IN, United
Presbyterian Church, 1902-1906 and joined the faculty at Westminster College in
1906.
