James Oscar Campbell A.M., D.D.
James Oscar Campbell was the Professor of History and Political Science at Westminster College in 1912. He attended Mt. Union College and Harvard. He served in the Spanish American War as the chaplain of the 8th Ohio Volunteers. He began his professorship at Westminster in 1903.
