New Castle Trolley

Charles Straley is probably the second man from the left.  He was born near New Castle in 1860, and died Youngstown, Ohio in 1931.  He was the brother of the submitter's  great grandmother, Lydia Straley Hill.  One of the other men might be one of his brothers.

On the back of the photo it says:  Fowler View Co., 15 Lithgow Ave., Allegheny, PA.
