Vera Carr Malsom and Mildred Carr Rapp FordVera Viola Carr was born in Sharpsville. She graduated from Sharpsville High School in 1930. She married Edward Malsom of Farrell and moved to California in the late 1930s. She worked as a legal secretary and as a police woman and was involved in many civic and community organizations up until the time of her death on 3 Apr 2000 in Hemet, CA. Mildred Luretta Carr was born 13 April 1908. He married Harry A. "Dutch" Rapp in 1929. She later married Homer Jackson Ford in California. She moved to Texas in 1990, and died in Cross Plains, TX, 25 Jan 1999. Both were daughters of Fred Roy and Retta Scott Carr of Sharpsville, Mercer County, PA. Photo taken in 1922.
