Ida Roberts McClintock and Bailey McClintock

Submitted by Charlie Gentis

Ida Roberts was the daughter of Thomas Roberts and

Ida Rhodes, Thomas Roberts' third wife. Roberts is descended from Thomas Roberts, the brother of Bishop Robert Roberts, one of the earliest settlers of Mercer County.  The Roberts family lived in Salem and Sugar Grove Townships.

The child in the photograph, seated between Ida and her husband, Bailey McClintock, is identified on the back of the photograph as Oscar Fox.

Photo taken in 1908.
