Rev Horace G. Dodds
Dr. Horace G.
Dodds was born near Portsmouth, Ohio, 21 Jul 1857, and died at
Greenville, Pa., 28 Feb1926. He was educated in the public schools, Grove
City College and Drew Theological Seminary.
He married Miss
Emma A. Burns on 5 Mar 1885. They were the parents of two children: Wesley Burns Dodds and Marian
Elizabeth Dodds Shellenberger.
Rev. Dodds pastored
at Fredonia, Epworth Church - New Castle; Jamestown, Farrell,
Second Church Greenville and several other Methodist churches in western
Pennsylvania. He also was Superintendent of Meadville District of
the Erie Conference.
