Grace Elizabeth Koons Rimbey as a child with her mother Helen May Hoffman Koons.

Grace was born 27 June 1919 in Lehighton, PA and died 25 July 1997 in Lehighton, PA.

Her mother, Helen May Hoffman Koons, was born 23 Mar 1899 and died 15 Mar 1943. She was the daughter of John Tilmer Oscar Hoffman and Hattie May Kemmerer. Other children of John and Hattie Hoffman are: Grace, Arlene and Blanche.

Helen May Hoffman married Willard Leon Koons on 28 Jan 1919. Willard Leon Koons was born 22 Sept 1898 and died 31 July 1939 in a railroad accident at the New Street Bridge in Bethlehem, PA. He was a fireman for Lehigh Valley Rail Road. No photos of Willard Koons are available.  Willard is the son of Lorenzo Koons and Bertha Farren and comes from a long line of Kuntz's from Cherryville, PA and Germany and France.
