Thomas Bolton Burns

Thomas Bolton Burns, known as Bolton, (1846-1911). He was born in Clarion
Co., PA the son of Stephen Duncan and Sarah McKeever Torrance Burns. He served
in the Civil War in the 103rd PA Vol Inf Reg Co. K. Most of his company was
captured and held prisoner at Andersonville Prison. He, at the time of the
capture, had been transferred to the Veterans Reserve Corps for medical reasons,
thereby escaping capture. After the war he married Mary Armstrong and lived in
Adams Co., NE.
