Florence Thompson Warren claimed to be born at Cook County Hospital, Chicago,
IL., on 4/16/1920.
Her parents were Ada Hardy and Edward Thompson.
Her true identify or any trace of her parents or any other relatives has
never been verified. She died 11/22/1990. There was no family of hers to
notify of her passing.
She turned up living during 1939 through 1943 on 411 Gordon Street in
Reading, PA, with friends.
In Reading, PA she was a thin woman with dark blonde hair and brown eyes. In
1943 she suddenly ran away from Reading and turned up living in the subway
stations in New York City. She then gained considerable weight and
dyed her hair a dark red. Her blonde roots can be seen in the photo.
She met and married Alfred Blow/Bleau in 1944. Six years later they settled
in Nashua, NH with their first 3 children. She behaved all her life as though
she were in hiding. She gave the submitter the middle name
of Ellis, which could have been a family name.
