Rachel Van Ausdale was born in Halstead, Pa. in 1856, the daughter of Issac and
Cornelia Henderson Van Ausdale. Issac and Cornelia were both born in
Orange County, NY. Rachel died in 1929 in Buffalo, NY.

John and Rachel were married abt 1874 in Pennsylvania and moved to Buffalo,
