The submitter is a descendant of the Wagner family that lived in Armstrong
County, PA from about 1900-1940s (when the family moved to Niagara Falls, NY).
This is the only picture she has of her father, Eugene Monroe Wagner born April
14, 1931 in Sagamore, Armstrong County, as a child. He is believed to be in the
top row, all the way to the left next to the teacher.
The rest of the students in the photograph are unknown.
