Seals and Sharon Spain at Knotts Berry Farm 1957

That's me in the Mouse Ears feeding the seals at Knotts Berry Farm in the summer of 1957.

Knott's Berry Farm

Hello :-) I'm an Anaheim native and came across this photo in my search for vintage amusement park photos. Wanted to send a correction your way -- Old McDonald's Farm was located in Knott's Berry Farm through the mid-to-late 60's. You likely visited Disneyland as well around the time of your visit to Knott's so were wearing your souvenir Mickey Mouse ears. The seal pool was located where the Fiesta Village currently resides. As a child, I was very sad to see the seals go. My family took my siblings and I to Knott's frequently (it was free to get in when I was a kid) and we'd feed the seals, ride the burros, and spend a lot of time across the street at Knott's Jungle Island. Old McDonald's Farm had a farm themed petting zoo as well as a variety of venues for kid's birthday parties, including a giant birdcage, a covered wagon, and a tree house.
Best Regards, Jody

Vac Pics Correction

You are so right! We did go to Knotts Berry Farm. I remembered that we did it all in the same trip, but I guess I just didn't remember the details right. Thanks for the correction.
