The Old School House in Onondaga Michigan

The Old School House in Onondaga Michigan

This gorgeous building was our first house when my wife at the time and I started our family. We bought it for 10,500.00 and it was on the Grand River in Michigan, approx. 4 acres with about six black walnut trees in a nice forest that we sold to pay some doctor bills when we did not have health insurance. I sold it after 12 years for 37,500.00 on a land contract.

I am the original owner of this fine building!

I wish I never sold it and remained there. My life has not turned out so good ever since i left that simple life in the 60's. Grow where you are planted folks believe me! Richard Neva
