Martin Hoyt Roubison

Martin Hoyt Roubison in his WWI uniform. He was with the Co F 3rd Engineers in the Army Air Corps stationed in Hawaii. In his letters he called it "The Rock" and it awful when he was out on manuvers out in the jungle. His mother was able to "buy" him out of the service. He was in the service from 1922-1925.

He was born 9/21/1902 in Ardmore Oklahoma (Indian Territory) and died 3/5/1951 in Sapulpa, Creek Co, Oklahoma of lymphatic lukemia. I never got to meet my Grandpa only thru the "bedtime' stories.
