Lee Moore

Lee Moore

Lee Moore was one of the three member graduating class of 1924 at Westover High School, Westover, PA. As freshmen, they were a class of twelve, which dwindled down to four at the start of their senior year, and finally three by graduation.

Lee was described by this quote in the yearbook:

"A little nonsense now and then, is relished by the wisest men."

Grandpa Moore was very special to me. We would visit Grandma (Cora Alma Woods)& Grandpa Moore in Pittsburgh once a year during summer break. I wish I had thought to ask about more stories from their childhood. They were wonderful, hard-working people. I'm thankful I was able to spend some time with them.
