drummer on the left

I believe the drummer on the left is Cotton Briscoe. He was a relative of our next door neighbor in Abilene and would come and visit in the summers. Cotton had two fingers on one hand that were "sewn" together as he called it, from birth. Back then the doctors could have separated his fingers by cutting the skin and giving him two working fingers but never did. He lived fine as he was. Used to speak to him a lot. He lived to an age when I was in the band and I talked to him about the early days. Nice guy.
