From the green mount, this would be from the 1880s. Probably later in the decade, close to 1890, since the picture isn't very yellow.

I have a photo with an almost-identical mount (text, layout) which is dated 1888. Before finding this page online I found an advert. in The Philadelphia Advertiser 25, no.325 (July 1888): 417, showing that the business was for sale. So I'd suggest that means your photo is probably 1888, and can't be any later. So Anna was spot on.
